Im almost 100% sure its a countries issue.
If I look at my affialtes stats, the ones that are steady are always and have always been steady. Then there are the ones that always fall off the map. They'll go from 1:300 to 1:3000 within a week. So..."countries", maybe they have traffic from countries that CCbill(and other billers) scrub more ofthen?!?! Who knows!
