Some people seem unable to seperate the context from the concept.
It is equally wrong for a government organization to penalize Stern for what he says as it would be to penalize Limbaugh for what he says.

For a government agency to punish 'obscene' speech is obviously unconstitutional.
An honest government working for the people does not fear an open society. Censorship is the tool of those with a hidden agenda.
If government is allowed to control the content of the media, democracy fails. Study your history.
