regarding newbies,
i think the drop in the average income of a newbie webmaster has been bigger than of an estabilished webmaster. right now the number of people who start with this business is more than the number of people quitting. once it balances out or turns around the other way, things will become either stable or it will get better.
also without dialers, most of the newbies are dead meat in this business. once the dialers lose their profitablity, again things are gonna get better, because people will KNOW what they pay to watch porn, instead of getting pissed with their phone bill.
which one would piss you off the most? getting a 250$ phone bill instead of 50$ just because of a couple calls? or getting a 700$ cc bill instead of 600$ because you signed up with 3 paysites which provided you with shitload of porn that you can look at for 1 month?
which type of surfer is more likely to look for paid porn again?
