What the hell does the NRDC know about the environment? If Bush says he's improving it, he's improving it. Look at all his plans to help out; healthy forests, cleaner skies, come on. Where are Clinton's cleverly named acts? With programs like those Bush is bound to go down in history as The Environmental President.
