You've got to be kidding. A $250,000 fine and 2 years in jail is not pleasing to this voter and the fact that you would dismiss it as "eye candy" is really pathetic. That was one frightening time for the business when that law passed. The only difference is that you are trying to tell a story "Bush Bad, Clinton Good" and to do so you are willing to argue that Clinton was "just trying to please voters" by imposing $250,000 fines and 2 year jail sentences on us. Sad, Rich. I know you weren't around back then but read up on it a little. You'll see what I mean.
