The truth was being told already. It just wasn't being shown in full colour with sound.
If a videotape is made of your mother being raped by 10 guys, should it be put on cj.com as entertainment so the "truth" is told? Or is it enough that the public gets to hear about the facts and the trial and such, with the possibility of finding out more only after significant effort?
Aside from that, videos are easy to fake, so nothing is actually proven by showing this thing, it only serves as entertainment.
So no, cj are not doing a noble thing by putting this online, they're simply exploiting a gruesome event for financial gain.
