Hello Coatsy, I am not from USA but I usted to live there and returned to my country half year ago. You can find nice accomodation, furnished and under $1900 on the northside like the area around wrigley field too, you can find there on Broadway st. company called "Apartmant people" and they can find it for you but they are little bit expensive. The best way is just walk around and you'll see on different houses the signs for rent and how much they ask. You can get it for really great price, even house, it depends how many people are going to live there.....If you need any other advice, hit me up on my ICQ.....
