Juicy if you're going to give M1T a try I've heard the underground labs brand is the best. You're going to want to stack it with 4AD as well to fight lethargy. Honestly though I haven't really experienced lethargy since taking it but I'm only 2 days in. I gave up coffee last week to boot but I also walk 2-3 miles a day and I haven't been since I started just because I've been busy.
As for chicken legs, my legs are usually disproportionately large compared to my upper body. Especially since I lost my license and I've been doing alot of walking around Jersey/NYC
