You all know my opinion on this matter. The X-Box is gonna DOMINATE THE MARKET !

Sure, the PS2 has some nice games coming out this holiday season like Metal Gear Solid 2, but it just doesn't have the power of the X-Box.

As far as the Gamecube goes. I think that it's gonna surive, but it's not gonna be the big thing, it just doesn't have the power. Plus people are kinda disgusted with the way that the N64 went. Sure, people say "It's all about the games", but having a system that can make the games look better always helps, he he he.

If you look at the companies on the X-Box boat, you'll know that there's gonna be TONS of great games for it, it's NOT gonna end up like a 3DO, you're talking about Microsoft here.

Maybe it might be a good thing to hint to your son about it though. If he's been following what's going on. If he's lived on a Nintendo and N64 growing up, then maybe the Gamecube would be the thing for him.

IF you're gonna buy a PS2, maybe you should wait a bit on it, rumor has it that it's gonna drop in price with the new systems out there.
