yup, those guys just earned some brutality that they may not have known existed....the VC used to be a bit 'giddy' around the ROK troops in Vietnam as they are the ones that started the tradition of 'ear' collections, it was a mercenary practice that they got 'paid by the pairs' of ears...

I spent only 3 years in Suwon AB, ROK at one of the special forces basic training camps...those ROK dudes don't fuck around...

I can assess and measure this, as I spent time in both S. Korea and KSA, and Turkey, and other parts of the middle east....we're talking too SERIOUSLY commited people who do NOT shy away from a hardcore challenge...

sad but true, it's escalation time...
