However, we have inexpensive armors but highly effective and well-trained special forces.
We will use pre-emptive strikes to protect and prevent losses.
We will not differentiate civilians from terrorists because we have no way of knowing the differences between the two.
We will be quick, decisive and effective.
We will use brutal forces until Iraqi public obeys. We will use all the effort until all civilians in our designated area give up their weapons and fully disarmed.
