I agree, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. However, having said that, I've used them for over five years now, and I always make more $$$ with them than with other billing companies. That is what's most important to me. Your mileage may vary
IMO, they all suck, it's just a matter of which one sucks the least, lol.
