cdsmith, I don't think it is all about the quality of smutserver. Tgp's are getting alot of submissions from paid hosting accounts that's why they try to maximize their blacklists to only get super clean galleries.
I even blacklist the people who submits over used pictures, or has a really bad lay out. I get 5 times more submissions than i link from my website and beleive me it really takes so much time to review those galleries. SO, the owner of granny pictures might blacklisted the smutserver just because they tried to minimize the galleries that can pass the requirements. I know it sounds unfair, but with all those galleries waiting at the database it is sometimes necessary.
