I disagree. We've used them to varying degrees for over 6 years, and in this past year their support has improved 1000% in our experience. We went from having our emails sometimes never answered or answered weeks & months later, to having our emails answered within 24 hours.
And the one time I called them in this past year I was answered promptly. It's possible that we're just lucky, but I can't help feeling that Ibill gets a worse rap than they deserve these days.
We tried other processors over the years. For us, Ibill beats them all in initial sales AND rebills. That's the part that matters most to me, and why we still used them even when their tech support sucked. Now that it doesn't suck anymore, I really can't think of any complaints.
