I woke up at around 6:00 AM Monday morning...had a very hektik day, did alot of work! spend some time with a few friends, fixed some problems with my car...asf
now the local time is 4:44 AM Tuesday morning and I am still not tired, I have tried to sleep for hours...NOTHING!
I have even tried something i haven't done in years, just read around 50 pages in an extremly boring book and I still can't sleep!
to add to the matter I haven't eaten or drank anything speciell (high coffein)
you guys got any good tricks so I can fall asleep, plz don't say keep on working, everthing I do goes very wrong right now!
