Don't give out username/passwords unless you expect them to view your entire members site. I agree it's kind of shitty if he downloaded the entire site with one of those web suckers without letting you know that he was going to, but if he's not using the content on his website there's not much you can do about it since you gave him access
Spell out what people can do when you give out complimentary usernames from here on out
