Although the tickets go really fast, Jupiter really needs ICQ support. ISPrime is just way to expensive, but I like the ICQ support. Jupiter is my winner for price/performance.

The reason jupiterhosting doesn't offer icq support is because they outsource their tech support to another company... So when you call in with a problem to their toll free number you are speaking to a non jupiterhosting employee but rather to a company that jupiter outsourced to handle their tech support...
Why? ... Well by outsourcing their tech support they are able to save about 50-75k per month...
Is it better for a webmaster? ... No because you are using a third party company that has 100s of clients like jupiterhosting, hence they treat you as just another number, where with a company that has their own in house tech team you get a personal touch and treatment.
I personaly think both organizations are good, but I pick ISprime as my Ultimate Hosting Company because of their network quality, uptime, staff (very clued) and support, as far as their pricing being higher - an outfit of their size with their own in house on site tech staff does cost more and I don't mind paying a little extra because they don't cut any corners on their business model starting from equipment to support I give them a perfect 10.
