You're damned if you do and your damned if you don't.
If someone has a combination of brains, street smarts & luck and keeps it all to himself, he never really knows if his processes & theories work in all aspects or just in his own market (therefore, he may not be able to expand successfully)
If he would keep all this immense knowledge to himself - money is nice but at one point you want to share something, not necessarily money, but perhaps mentor/consult/advice on what his view of things are.
What good is it to this community, if all the highly successful/helpful webmasters/businessmen - lurk & don't contribute? They don't subject themselves to absurd accusations/attacks on their person and on that same thought, we learn nothing but how hot the newest model is.
The ones that insult these more successful webmasters/businessmen and run them out of here (I'm seeing alot of them moving out of GFY) what do you think you are accomplishing? Getting rid of the helpful good ones to get a bunch of nonsense typing sig whores, really......where's your brain....I'm not saying that the newer ones are idiots - just that if they can't contribute to your learning and daily business knowledge & growth.....this place becomes just like a yahoo chat where people come in to release their frustrations by becoming the person they only wish they could be.
