Is the Tickets Club designed to minimize the number of small site webmasters Verotel processes so they can be more selective and deal in higher volume ones?

When is the Verotel checks system going to be made stronger? OK, by that I mean, I get 35 check joins followed by 31 check reversals in Verotel, but then get 10 check joins and 3 reversals from ACH Debit. Why is Verotel unable to use a similar system as ACH to limit the scope of the fraudulent activity?

What was the Euro Dialer system scrapped? Are there plans to reinvent dialer billing in the future.

Why don't Verotel use the message board systems on their own site more often to let people know what is going on AND to answer questions from webmasters and resellers alike?

No it's no that. Actually it's the other way around. I'm not sure who though this up but new regulations are, for all you we not dutch web masters if you want to do business with Verotel you have to register with the chamber of commerce here. To prevent all the smaller merchants from having to pay a nice little sign up fee we decided to change it all together. If the tickets club wasn't putt in place every one had to pay. Now we split things up. the tickets club is free we register you in a foundation, endusers log into the tickits club so we have more monitoring abilities. for the bigger webmasters, the PRO accounts. gives you your own chamber of commerce registration and your own decriptor. Big benefit of you think about it.

I know, it's a little problematic at times. We are working on a solution, but this is a management thing. Ill be bringing this up in my meeting with my boss though.

I know it's being monitored, Darryl works on there as far as I know, and takes stuff up from there. Ill go and ask arnoud why it's not used enough.
