Obviously I didn't "really believe" anything Bush said...or ever has said. As you might have noticed, the majority of us didn't even vote for the bastard.
These people aren't "fighting back" because we "invaded their country". These people have been killing our people for over a decade now - on our soil. I don't want our soldiers there...I have never wanted them there, but I sure as hell am not about to equate our presence with al Quaeda, which is what most of the anti-American posters are doing. Anyone who does is just setting the US and/or UK up as some omnipodaddy that's comforting to hate. Most of these posts are about bigotry toward Americans NOT about defending the Iraqi people. And al Quaeda is NOT defending Iraq, it's defending a totalitarian fundamentalist Islamic state you'd better hope doesn't come into being.
