Heres one from tonight: (not embarassing for me though)
My mom and dad came over to the house for father's day - do a sunday dinner etc... Well I was out on the deck grilling and my mom for whatever reason she didn't see that the sliding screen door to the deck was closed. She hit that screen at full speed and basically tore the door out of the track and fell down on the deck with the remains of the door under her.
