Please,

A question to people used to buying and selling domains (not my case).

I paid Afternic to get a domain appraised. According to them, the CMV (Current Market Value) is $ 7,400 and the PMV (Potential Market Value) is $ 31,200.

I am using the domain to host an adult site, but it can be used to promote non-adult sites.
I think the domain is more valuable for non-adult business (that´s why I won´t mention it here), and I am thinking about putting the domain for sale on a few domain auction sites.

Questions: based on Afternic appraisal, what would be a good initial asking price? Any tips on how to get the best possible value?
