I'm debating whether or not to buy right now. The prices seem out of control and unrealistic (Boston area).
So I dont know if I should get in now while I still can, or wait a year and a half for the fire sales that may come from a price adjustment.
if you are in usa you should buy right now if you can.

reason: interest rates are still at a historical low, but in next 5 years we will have big inflation rates due to huge federal deficit. (government will need to print money to pay it's bills due mostly to foreign wars and corporate tax cuts put in place by bush administration)

this will give rise to higher interest rates.

if you own property right now hold it---i predict it will double in value (price) over the next 6 years.

best real estate investments right this moment? a house you can live in, or residential duplexes or triplexes in non-rent control areas.

yes, i do hold a RE broker's license.
