I been using verotel for over a year too and have problems.. quite a bit of it too when they do not remove user/pass from my pass file and let users get access for 9 months for free til I manually go thru every pass to see if they're valid. I have a problem with their script letting hackers add passes to my site everyday. I have a prob with them letting same IP keep using diff fake checks to signup (doesn't happen with CCBill), I have a prob with their unusual # of 900 CBs.. should tell you why I would much prefer CCBill over verotel
