Ok, so here goes:
Harmony wise, it's a bit on the simple side but oh well if it worked for Beatles..
Further, it starts after intro which is a bit too long perhaps - but it is very unconvincing. It sounds like it's there because it should not because it particulary sounds good.
The lead guitar is played very weak, hes fingers need a lot more training. Or a simpler lead licks, maybe? (Most cases they anyway work better. On the other hand I don't know whether it can get any simpler)
I like the drummer. He's stable and not playing too much - a sign of a good drummer. He could use a better drumset. or is that recording fault?
And this brings us to mix quality.
The vocals just doesn't cut through. The plectrum noise of acustic guitar is too loud, and bass drum is too silent. But since this is not a commercial recording there is no point for getting into very specific details.. but also mixing engeneer needs to learn a few bits.
Overall this gets 4/5 - because the song is pretty memorable. Give 'em time to play, and good amount of luck, and you'll be seing them in charts.
