I forgot to add that we will pay off all producer sales owed right now to date from the purchase so you would start with a clean late of oweing the producers $0 when you take over the site.
Also what we would like to do is recieve $1000.00 via PayPal and the rest as wire transfer (we need to the 1K on the web for some stuff lol).
