All he eats is generic dry cat food and he drinks tap water. Every once in awhile he gets some milk. He's been eating chicken bones and bacon scraps since forever so he's a pretty big cat...He chews and swallows bones whole.

don't give him bone's man, and chicken bones are the worse.
And don't feed your cat just dry food.
don't Mean 2 tell you how to treat your cat, but you better ask a Vet. about the bones and dry food.
