barbacked for years before this wonderful business - you could have licked the bottles, the bottom of the beer well was wetvac'ed and bleached regularly (which means removing a fuckload of single beers) - dish water changed every hour - i was the barback master!

stop tipping the barback if your bar smells like a sardines hahahaha.
