9-11 happened under Bush because the Bush administration was clueless about foreign relations, didn't want to take any advice, killed ongoing anti-terrorism programs and left us vulnerable. Tell me if this sounds familiar to you:

And Clinton wouldn't have been busy with Lewinski if the conservatives hadn't somehow stretched the whitewater investigation to cover blowjobs in the oval office. That whole investigation was the most blatant, corrupt and partisan abuse of power in my lifetime.
