Lobbing a few missles into Afghanistan was sufficient? If so we would have had him and 9-11 might not have happened. I don't think Clinton did more than Bush, I think Bush still would have tackled Al-Qaeda just a little differently then when he was "forced" into it.
I think Clinton was too busy trying to spin the Lewinski shit and get his name in the paper instead of dealing with foreign policy and dealing with terrorist like Al-Qaeda. Just my 2cents.
