That could also be because clinton was too busy getting his dick sucked instead of standing up to terrorists like Osama Bin Laden. We are in a deficit because we are at war, however its funny how the economy has been growing for 12 straight months at least.

Yeah democrats never fuck up anything, lets not forget Jimmy Carter. There are good and bad to both parties, and yes I lean conservative on many issues but not all.
Hell Clinton was definitely no killer president thats for sure, but I would take him anyday over John Kerry (if it was only going to be a democrat). The man is a backstabber and he cannot make up his mind on anything.
