I'm pretty sure walmarts success has less to do with low cost goods than it does with human resource management. Hiring mostly part timers who get no benefits, making full timers wait 6 months for benefits, and turning them over before they are due for benefits and salary increases anyway, hehe.
I'm betting they are also classified as "at will" employees (ie: no unemployment).
But maybe it's both. Or neither. I'm just bored.
