there are many cases of a pornoghrapher having to defend their actions, or the actions of their business based on indecency laws... but there is yet to be one publication like HIGH times, or cannabis culture to ever be brought for displaying weed pics.
and remeber the movies like up in smoke, Fast times at ridgemont HIGh, how about al the awards TRaffic won? and lets not forget the classics easy rider, and fear and loathing in Las vegas.... any prosecutions taking place there?
and BTW weed is LEGAL in ten states, and several other countries too.....
