I have been using swiftwill for awhile now and they have been terrific. I have no complaints so far with these guys. Dweeks has been very quick with his help and service when I have needed it.
As for the pop mail situatiom, I actually msged dweeks about that a few weeks ago and this is what he wrote to me:
"it's not that POP takes up too much bandwidth, it's just that it lacks an encrypted authentication session and therefore forwarding is preferred, but not forced - POP is still available upon request"
So I would contact him again and try and straighten it out.
