On second thought there may be some case law in US. Fuck, a nagging question. Now I'll have to track this down a bit. Think someone got dragged into Indiana from afar. Most of the time, I think jurisdiction is where you live. Cause the material would be on your own PC. If you're really kwel, you could remote terminal into a computer off-shore. Now that would make for a messy litigation. I'd bet there is some risk where the material is hosted.
