The only problem with spammers like this guy is that there are also other people that offer great designs and don't spam it on the board like he does. What if he gets a few jobs from this post, would that be fair for all the others? Should everyone start a post about his/her design services?
btw, why don't you show something you made here on the board and share it with the rest of us?
