hes not talking about BYTES, hes talking about BITS


So basically - 340KiloBYTES down and 32 KiloBYTES up.


He did it wrong which is confusing, the K should be a small one signifying BITS.
Most cable ISPs offer this now, including Comcast, Adelphia and whoever else.
