I've been using this trick for a bit now on sponsors urls that have ? in their affiliate code.
I have been trying to get topbucks to let me seo a couple of their tour pages so I get get them to the top but they are reluctant.At the moment because thier tours are mainly flash its hard to rate better than 20-30.
It works well with bangbros.
the downside is that when google fix it they can trace your nest.
