I used to have a cocker spaniel and she got bad ear infections.

I mixed a concoction of white vinegar, alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, diluted 1/2 and 1/2 with distilled water.

Then, I took q tips and cleaned her ears every single day.

It stopped the infections.
