Selling ICQ numbers is such a SCAM!!!
Everyone knows that you can gain control of ANY ICQ number if you know the email address it was originally registered with.
One of the oldest hacks in the book, and they even have hacks that wil tell you what that email address is on any ICQ number.
Anybody who pays any amount for an ICQ number, just consider that RENT until the person who sold it to you decides to reclaim it (and prolly sell it again)
