Yes, I would consider that sufficiently unique to list as long as you kept it within reason. I don't care how much text you have, I am not listing fifteen sites built from one template and one continuous photo shoot. When I review sites, I don't care as much about whether I have seen the model before as I care that the site have some unique quality. I would never reject a site just because the model is in use on other sites.
