That's the only valid solution I have found for now. Either
www.you.com/?tradedomain.com and
www.you.com/?trade_id work ok.
The other way is to have your trade to send you his IP logs and then compare them with the yours, but this is not a valid option in my opinion.
As your surfers lack the referer field you must emulate it in some way.
