my point is AGAIN is that adults put themselves in all kinds of situations that may become fucked up but nobody in here has the right to spout off about what OTHER people are doing when they are doing some of the same shit in a different form.

being an "adult", shouldnt you be a tad bit smarter to know what situation to put yourself in and what situation you shouldn't. it's fairly obvious what situations would be detrimental to your well being and in becoming an ADULT, you are suppose to learn and retain that knowledge. if you dont, then you deserve what you get.

by the way, everyone is condeming high for this. his friend should be the one worried moreso then anything. can they get high for a crime, yes they can but not one that would necessarily land him in jain. stany babe on the other hand.......
high you brought this to the board...this board and you cant expect any different responses then what you have received. however all of us should have suggested immediatley for him to speak to a lawyer as a precaution. we arent lawyers here so what they hell do we know (myself included).
always better to cover your ass then to leave it wide open for the taking.
