I doubt google banned him just because of report.
Thousands of people send abuse reports on each other - and google doesnt hand ban them, they just try to take them into account and improve the penalty algo.
Something really pissed them off to hand ban him.
Or maybe google employee that works in adult too didnt like him having all top positions and made special effort to ban the guy.
