Well I don't know about ARS.
Once I saw a motherfucker promoting Teen Dreamer on a gallery with a chick that had shirt saying pussyhigh.com on it -- obviously stolen pics.
I didn't care that much, since I don't own or even promote pussyhigh, but I droped Laura (director of webmaster support) a line with the gallery URL
She replied to me in less than 4 hours saying that the guy who was doing it had his account suspended WITHOUT PAY
So you see it all depends how busy they are.
Other than that they do not tollerate cheaters
ARS is a great sponsor IMO
