I have a dilemma. I have been trying to get a hold of our friends at ARS about their partners stealing our pictures to promote their sites.

Here is an example http://teen.bestsexhost.net/hotteen4/teen4150.htm

It is on their host, and pushing their site. However, even with our best attempts, ARS does not respond to us, or discourage their affiliates from using stolen content. Any suggestions? I don't want to start a war, but this shit is getting old.
