one of the brightest minds of the last decades, he's an American you know. If you have never heard of him (i won't be surprised) read who N.Chomsky is: http://emuseum.mnsu.edu/information/...msky_noam.html
I read the interview and the tone of it worries me. Are we really supposed to try to understand why these "people" did what they did? Are we supposed to care? Their problem is with the US government, NOT it's people. To kill thousands of US citizens is inexcusable. To think that we wouldn't react violently is ignorant. If they hate our government and what it does, why attack a civilian target? Why not a government target? If it was only the Pentagon that was attacked, I could understand. It is a military target. To attack The Pentagon with a plane loaded with US citizens and to kill thousands of citizens in the WTC is inexcusable. Their reasons or agenda are no longer important. I could care less why they did it. All that I and most Americans care about is that these assholes pay dearly (preferably with their lives) and are rendered unable to carry out another attack.
