I was stronger than I ever was, was ordering Designer Protein in bulk and drinking about 30 grams with water every 2.5 hours. - in addition to creatine with water--although I never really believed in the creatine.
At the same time I was taking the maximum daily amount of Ephedra that was considered safe, and did that for over a year with no adverse side effects.
