What a lot of bullshit...I was a bouncer for just over 10 years and ive gotta say if a girl really wants to look 19 - 21 its almost impossible to tell. Dunno about the states but in oz the amount of girls that we had showing up to pubs and clubs looking every bit matured and fully formed was staggering. We got burned all the time by 15 or 16 year olds getting in with good fake id but without even being given a second glance by the doorman.
Alot of it has to do with there confidence and the way they carry themselves.
I feel for your mate i think he is in a fucked up situation but the chances are he is stressing over nothing...just make sure he lays low untill this chick goes back to whence she came.
