I agree, somone that is attractet to a 12 year old is a pedo in my oppinion, but the authorities in Paraguay do not share our oppinion. Is a guy in his 20's (or early 30's in this case) that is attracted to a 15 year old a pedophile, I don't think so, I'm Icelandic and that would be legal in Iceland. Age of Consent is 16 in many states of the USA but higher in others. In many countries people can drink and fuck at 16 but in others it is 18 or 20.
